is a Mexican corporation constituted under the laws of the State of Baja California as a limited partnership, to offer profesional services in the field of general valuation and civil and structural engineering consultation.
Though it was chartered in 1981, our professionals' experience in the field of valuation goes back to 1962, when Julio E. Torres Coto M., was commissioned by Banco de Londrés y México, S.A., the second oldest banking institution in México as their appraiser in Baja California.

Services offered by our firm include the valuation of all kinds of property, urban and rural real estate, plant, machinery and equipment, and industrial and business valuation. We also provide consultation in civil and structural engineering.
Our clients include banks, insurance firms, industrial and commercial concerns and private individuals in all of the State of Baja California. We also serve them in the valuation of their properties in the other States of Northwest México
In 1988 Julio E. Torres Coto Ruiz, join the firm as a real estate appraiser, authorized by the National Banking Commission and Banca Serfin, S.A.
